Today was the first day that i have not had a sighting. I just put in my first hummingbird feeder in late July and almost immediately had 4 regulars. Then all at once they were gone accept for my resident Rubythroated male who i observed twice on 3/4/10. This seems to go against what ive read. I was under the assumption that the females stayed longer than the males this far north.
