Monarchs were observed migrating south after the cold front that came through on Friday. Saturday and Sunday both were huge travel days for the Monarchs here in East Central Iowa. One or two flew past the Nature Center flower garden every couple of minutes. Some stopped to nectar - many just kept flying. My observation time: I was watching for 4 hours and minutes.
