Saw and photographed, still and video, several hundred Monarch Butterflies roosting in one of my Poplar trees. I had never seen anything like it before. They were still there the next morning, but by noon they were gone.

Editor’s Note: We are estimating a minimum 300 monarchs based on observer’s estimate of “several hundred.”
