I am so excited about this summer of Monarch watching! There are still Monarchs laying eggs on my milkweed and over 50 caterpillars eating away and I can see 50 chrysalis hanging and I know there are many more in my trees and bushes and under my deck that I can't see. These are from Monarchs that emerged from my first sighting of a Monarch on July 4. What a summer this has been. So very HOT here in NC but the Monarchs and milkweed seem to have done well thru it all. My observation time: I was watching for ___ hours and ___ minutes.
