We have seen several monarchs this week. We saw 2 in 25 minutes on 9/7/10, that looked like they were heading south. One was at our school garden yesterday that looked like it had just come out of its chrysalis, it was so bright and fresh looking. We still have caterpillars and eggs. We have a newly hatched caterpillar in our room and another that is about a week old. They are eating and growing! We'll keep our eyes open for migrating monarchs. My observation time: I was watching for ___ hours and ___ minutes.
