Have three resident hummers and five migrants.Have feeders at the north,south and center of my porch.I strung clothesline around the porch and the resident hummers sit guard on these three areas.They are two young males and a female.The other migrants zip through trying to get in on the action, it is aerial combat at it's finest. One has lost all of his tail feathers.I here them twittering as I sit here, they sound like rusty screws.This goes on from sun up to sun down.I have only a scant few weeks and they will be gone.
