While changing out some humming bird feeders, I poured some old nectar on the grass, hoping to draw the yellow jackets away from the feeders. When I returned with the refill there was a MONARCH sipping the old juice from the grass. I watched for about 10 minutes as it traced the line where i had poured out the nectar.
My observation time: I was watching for ___ hours and 10___ minutes.
