Had a female Monarch on our lantana bushes. She seemed very weak - a slight breeze would blow her over - but after a few hours of nectering she was looking very strong. Haven't seen her since so I guess she's in a hurry to catch up and get back on track. (We're not in the main migratory path but see a few each fall) My observation time: I was watching for 15 minutes.
