I thought my hummers left because it is getting cold at night but I did see one at my feeder today in the early evening. I have noticed that they have been going to what flowers are still in bloom and the feeders. The tube feeders that I change daily have been going down much slower than usual over the past week. I suspect that what hummers are still here will be leaving in the next day or two. I pray they will be safe on their journey back home and will come back in the Spring and have babies when they settle in again. I did not see any babies this year.
