Hummingbird Sighting

Date: 09/09/2010

Number: 1

This is the third day without any hummingbirds - none have visited the 2 feeders or the trumpet vine that is still loaded with flowers. The days are cooler, and the nights are colder, so the hummers must have left for warmer climes. As always, the Black- Chinned adult female was the last to leave. It sure is quiet outside! Safe journey - see you next summer!
