Hummingbird Sighting

Date: 09/11/2010

Number: 1

Have not seem the usual three females or two males that have been around my feeder all summer for several days. I had a female this morning going to all the flowers mostly the coleus and the red perennial salvias that is a favorite. I save the seed and it reseeds it self. She was around about 2 hours then left I have not seen her back the evening but it’s raining. I think my regulars are gone. It’s seem much earlier than last year but it is very dry and all the plant and trees are dying. The trees are changing colors.
