We saw 5 Monarch butterflies and one had a tag on it but was flying right above our head. We were releasing 5 Painted Lady butterflies were raised in our classroom at the time of our sighting. Our painted lady butterflies had to warm up their wings before they took off in flight as it is somewhat chilly outside today. My observation time: 10:30 AM We were watching for 0 hours and 20 minutes.
