Approx. 11am -- mid/upper 70's, light breeze, no clouds, sunny -- perfect day but alas...only 3 monarchs on the boulevard! All three were very intense on feeding and not as lively as the group from the day before -- one butterfly had a visibly bent wingtip -- but not torn -- my guess is the large group reported the day prior had moved on and these were some stragglers from up north.

Approx 5pm (same day) -- no butterflies

Approx 6pm (same day) -- no butterflies

Will report more for the 14th...pm, missing her winged creatures in sunny southwest minneapolis! My observation time: I was watching for ___ hours and _5__ minutes.
