Monarch PEAK Migration

Date: 09/15/2010

Number: 1

There is a constant stream of monarchs everywhere on Dune Road. We have taken pictures of groups of them, feeding we guess, on a particular bush that has small yellowish flowers. There were always at least 20-30 on this particular bush all day, many coming and going all the time. We noticed that every bush of this type was similarly covered along Dune Road. In the evening we saw them resting on the black pines. My observation time: I was watching for 10 minutes.
