11am CST -- overcast, low 70's, started to drizzle, then rained on/off today; temps started to drop -- no monarchs -- even before rain begn -- I'm thinking they've moved on....if they're still around, will probably see some by friday when its forecast to be partly cloudy and mid to upper 60's....my intuition says they've all gone south...pm from rainy southwest minneapolis
