My sightings are of the newly emerged ones here at my home. This past week has been amazing. I've have over 40 to emerge that I has watched as the chrysalis are under my deck, on shrubs and trees. I have shared the green jeweled chrysalis with two school classes(when I could safely remove the twig they were attached to). I only see a few staying and the other are on their way, I guess. I did see a female laying eggs on my (almost all gone) milkweed yesterday. What an exciting time for me! Next year, I'm planting MORE milkweed and going to get tags for them.
