Last saw a female Ruby-throat on 09/13/10 just around dusk. She probably filled up with nectar at dawn on 09/14/10, to begin her migration. Last male left on 09/02/10. I will leave my nectar feeders out through October for those migrating from the north. In 2008, I still had my regular Rubys until the middle of October.
