on break from job...30 mins..slight wind from SW...mostly sunny, few high clouds...50 to 100 Monarchs singly and in groups of 3-5...about 3 to 5 storys up on courthouse..I do not know the feet measurement... My observation time: I was watching for _.5__ hours and _0__ minutes.
