Clearville Park is located on the north shore of Lake Erie at the Orford bluffs, just east Of Rondeau Provincial Park. Today at 4:00 PM - 400 butterflies per hour observed flying parallel to the lake shore and towards Pt Pelee which is 50 miles to the south-west. Pt Pelee is where the butterflies cross the lake to Ohio. My observation time: I was watching for 1 hour.
