I am still seeing one or two female hummingbirds at the feeders. I am amazed when I see them. This is the latest date I have ever observed one at the feeders. We also have a large number of small bugs/knats everywhere, that I don't recall having at this time of year in the past. I hope the hummers are using them for protein. They get in all of the feeders and I must change them daily.
