Hummingbird Sighting

Date: 09/18/2010

Number: 1

I am delighted to report that we still have hummingbirds coming to our feeder in the backyard. They are rubythroats. I counted two of them this morning.

I will continue to keep the feeder filled with fresh nector even after they are all gone just in case a few hungry straglers stop buy.

Thanks for the tip about bringing the feeders in at night when it is cold and putting them out the next morning. I will start doing that tonight.

We are so happy with our hummers in Manchester.
