My female hummers are still here! The come earlier in the morning and are still trying to get nectar from the flowers that are still left (Petunias). They are still drinking from the feeders as well. They perch nearby and wait for another hummer to come along so they can swoop in and chase them away. It almost seems like it is just for fun! LOL. I change the 8 tube feeders everyday so they always have plenty and I have three 6 station feeders too. I find myself looking out the windows first thing every morning to see if they are still here and watch for them just before dusk to say goodnight! I will sure miss them so I suppose soon I will be watching Phoebe on Ustream after mine are gone.
