A female emerged successfully from its chrysalis 9/16 and 9/18 a male emerged successfully. It emerged at 3:00 PM but seemed to take an extra long time to dry its wings. I moved it outside to the peach tree around 7:00 PM. It is still in the tree this morning, 9/19. The temperature was a bit cool last evening. As soon as the sun warms its wings, I am sure it will head south. I have four more chrysalises to hatch!
