My class of 3rd graders released a tagged (Monarch Watch sticker)male Monarch from our school in Hereford, PA. The butterfly was reared in our classroom from the caterpillar stage. The adult remained on the butterfly bush for 15 minutes before it flew (hopefullly on its successful way to Mexico).
