For week ending 9/19, territorial activity continues based from mostly evening observations. More such activity on 9/16 and 9/19. Appears ruby throat male has taken over domination late in week, especially back yard. First observation of feeding on two hamilia patens planted this spring and finally flowering after established h. patens not surviving January hard freeze. Location west Houston south of I10.
