I was traveling from Pittsburgh to Buffalo...about the last hour stretch on the NYS Thruway I was dodging Monarchs... traffic slowed, there must have been 100 spaced out but came at a steady rate. My observation time: I was watching for _1__ hours and _30__ minutes.
