Got busy this last week with other fall stuff, so I didn't take down the hummingbird feeders. So, this evening at 7pm I saw a hummer at the feeder. At first I thought it was a male... Got the binucular out, but it was gone. About 15 minutes later it returned...a female adult, based on size. We had a freeze on saturday, but since we have been in the 60's and over nights in the mid 40's.
