I was watching our feeder with its population winging in an out when I spied a female hummer zipping about the flowers. She spent about 10 minutes sipping then went up and watched the chickadees diving for the sunflower seeds. Amazingly, she went and sat on the outer edge looking at the pile of seeds. After she left I went out and replenished the hummingbird feeder for her. She is such a beauty!
