We were on the ferry from Lewes, Delaware to Cape May, New Jersey and the Monarchs just kept coming, flying over the ferry from the New Jersey side to the Delaware side. It was truly an amazing sight! My observation time: approximately 10:30 am. I was watching for about an hour

September 20

Coming back from N.J. to Lewes, we spotted 5 Monarchs on the way to Lewes. One exceptional sighting was on the Ferry Boat from Cape May, N.J. to Lewes, DE. It was actually hitching a ride over the bay.!!!!!!!!!!
