Walking in the 1700 block of N 8th Avenue in North Lebanon Township.
Large bird swooping sort of back and forth across fresh road kill squirrel under oak tree along road
Less than 20 yards from me.
Bright white head, white tail, flew almost directly over me twice.
Man in older pickup traveling in opposite direction also stopped to watch.
Eagle then flew and sat in a tall tree overlooking lower soccer field about 100 yards away.
Was still sitting in tree as I walked on path next to soccer field
