We saw only 1 monarch flying south low over the dunes somewhat out of the northwest wind. Saw lots of buckeyes. Were hiking through the dunes and the woody edges and some along the beach, so were not really set up for counting in our 3 hour hike looking mostly at plants. My observation time: I was watching for ___ hours and ___ minutes.
