The monarchs have returned to my yard again this year. Approximately 200 to 300 gathering in my hemlock trees. I have had more in previous years but thrilled to see this many at one time. They are around a week later than normal. Strong breeze from the SSW today just may keep them here for a few days. I was able to share them with the kindergarten and second grade students from our Holy Rosary School in Monroe City. My observation time: I was watching for ___ hours and ___ minutes.
