Pleasantly surprised to find 2 young hummers zooming around the backyard and hitting the feeders! They were chasing each other and some goldfinches in the yard. This is my personal lastest sighting at my location since 1988. I still have seven feeders up in the back yard and three in the front. I do have lots of colorful flowers still in bloom. They are hitting the feeders more that the flowers this morning.

FYI -I cold front swepted across the Great Lakes yesterday and brought our balmy 84 degree/windy (gusts up to 47mph) day down to a cool, crisp 57 this hour (11 am edt). The change was around 20 degrees within two hours last night.
