I still have all 6 of the Ruby Throat Hummingbirds in my garden and at my 6 feeders. They have all claimed a feeder and rest on it or in a bush beside it. Then if another flies over they pop out squeaking to alert the other of his/her claimed feeder. Almost all of them are aware of my presence and will perch on my jasmine vine, under my carport.
