Hummingbird Sighting

Date: 09/26/2010

Number: 1

We have had below normal temperatures since the beginning of September and lots of rainfall. We saw a hummer at our feeder this morning, after a 40 degree night. We expect the last day of hummer sightings in our far northerly latitude any day now, but still have many hummer friendly flowers in bloom. Almost certainly, they will be gone by Oct. 1, but, who knows this strange weather year?
