Noted caterpillar on screen door several weeks ago. Brought inside and allowed it to attach to cardboard box. Broke out of chrysalis today (9/26/10). Took many photographs. Cool in the 50's the next several days. Wondering if it is going to be able to make it south this late in the season. A bit of goldenrod still about, and quite a bit of New England Aster.
