Outside on back deck this morning.. didn't see or hear any hummers..
Took all the feeders down...washed...refilled & took them back outside... a thin RT hummer came down to the first
feeder I'd just hungback up..immediately a plump female
swooped down to scare the other bird away... so much for being "little ladies" once the boys left. :-)
Checked the front feeder & saw a lone RT sitting on the feeder..
she was very plump...gripping the feeder with her feet & leaning way back...with her eyes closed..

Reminded me of the scene at our house right after Thanksgiving dinner ...everybodies full to the gills & ready for a nap! :-))
