We are still seeing some migrating Allens Hummingbirds. Very chubby, stocky and either females or juveniles. We've seen them at least once a day for the last 3-4 days....September 24 -27. They hang out for a little while feeding but not for long. I't been getting colder here lately...in the 40's some nights. I'm surprised there are any coming through in this cold weather. We will surely miss them when they are gone.
