Monarch Adult Sighted

Date: 09/29/2010

Number: 1

Normally in the fall, Monarchs will stay in mass in our yard for only a day or two. This year, they have been here over a week. I took a picture of our Asclepias, which they are seeming to prefer this year, and in the picture I could count 32 Monarchs at one given time. Of course, this did not count those on the Buddelias or in the air above. It has been a wonderful year for them after being so concerned with so few in the spring. God is good!!! My observation time: I was watching for ___ hours and ___ minutes.
Off and on all day long.
