Monarch Adult Sighted

Date: 10/02/2010

Number: 1

At about 9:30 A.M. this morning ( Sat. 10/02 ) There were 3 Monarch's on our lawn. Probably drinking the heavy dew drops from the grass. And later about 2:30 P.M. there was a Male Monarch on our Budelia Bush. I don't know if they were passing through, or if they were the ones I released yesterday. I had hoped that the ones I released yesterday had begun their Journey South immediatedly, because our nights here in N.E. Pa are getting cold. Can anyone tell me at what temps. they can survive ? Thanks in advance !!!!! My observation time: I was watching for ___ hours and ___ minutes.
