On Thursday, Sept 30, 2010 I spent about an hour photographing birds in the back yard. Among other things, I took a video of a hummingbird sticking out its tongue. When I converted the video to jpgs, I decided I wanted to try for a better quality shot the following day. But no hummingbirds showed up on the following day.
We have put the feeders back out for stragglers, thanks to your site. But I haven't seen any hummingbirds since Thursday morning.
