Sighted Ruby Throated Hummer just at the beginning of the worst tropical stoym of this year for our area. The Ruby throated ( Male) was fighting the 60 mile an hour Gust, just as the rain started (Very Heav Rain) He was seeminly trying to navagate away from the wind but seemed to be caught in a slip stream, flying about one foot above the neighbors roof heading N.E. He quickly dissapeared.
