as I walked around the building where I have a 12ft overhang and have lots of feeders up on each side of the building, I could hear them fighting so I still have hummers this morning. It is chilly and dry. I have 18 feeders up, and refresh the nectar now every 4 days instead of 3 days. I have used over 150 lbs of sugar this summer. I buy 50lbs bags and use it only for my hummers. I say over cause I ran out of sugar one time and to hit the neighbors up for about 20lbs.
