Burr W., Naturalist at Sibley Nature Center in Midland Texas, who reported seeing monarchs streaming through. He said, "I estimated about 5 a minute passing by at 11 a.m.... I don't think we will have dense clusters for no south wind to stack them up...had east and northeast winds for 2+ days"
