on sept 19th i reported my son and i found 6 larvae. 2 days later went to get fresh milkweed for these 6, grabbed a fresh plant and found 2 small [just hatched] larvae. you had to look so close to even tell they where the larvae. the 1st of the six was released on oct 6th while the 2 we accidently found, 1st went to crystalyst stage on the 6th. whenever you see post from wisconsin this time of year you most always see the concern of is it too late in season for them to make it with cooler weather? [although it's been really nice here] we could be letting last 2 go around the 20th! My observation time: I was watching for ___ hours and ___ minutes.
