Saw at least 30 monarchs between 7:30 am and 2 pm along beach and Trustees Road at West Meadow. Most were feeding on seaside goldenrod. Earliest sighting was of a cold individual on the road - moved to safety. Captured and tagged 13 butterflies. My observation time: I was watching for _5__ hours and ___ minutes.
