My former student, who I am now tutoring in Reading, made the butterfly yesterday during our tutoring session. We did this last year as a class when I taught second grade. Now that I have retired from St. Mary School in Pinckney,MI I am currently teaching Reading at Lansing Community College in Lansing, Michigan and I am tutoring at Lancaster Learning Center in Brighton, MI. I work with all different age levels there and I also am doing private tutoring with one of my former students. Kim and I were excited to be able to still participate in this great program! We are looking forward to receiving our monarch butterfly in the Spring! Take care and have a great school year!
