I am in Point Clear, Alabama, for a meeting. The latitude here is
30.47. Yesterday and today (10/06-07)there are thousands of Monarchs on the
hotel grounds (The Grand Hotel). Impossible to count or even estimate
other than to say that they are in the numerous oak trees by the
hundreds, swarming any bushes with nectar by the thousands and flying
all around the area. It's just amazing.
