2 Monarchs spent several hours sipping nectar from our Butterfly Bushes. This seems to happen every evening for the past month. Periodically, they will gain altitude and attempt to go over our roof which would aim them towards the south. Many times, they do not seem to be able to make the ascent, and drift back to nectar up on the Nanho purple and Black knight Butterfly Bushes My observation time: I was watching for ___ hours and ___ minutes.
