We have not seen a hummer since early morning on 10/14. There were two of them diving through the trees and chasing each other. We are experiencing a relatively cool spell, with temps around the low 50's, so I expect they are gone for the year.
I kept the food changed every couple of days for the stragglers that drifted in, but suspect I've seen the last of my little feathered buddies.I wish them a safe journey and look forward to greeting them next year.
